Beginning in 2022, the Red Bulls and Marvel have collaborated on interactive activations that have increased both attendance and fan engagement.

Tyler Adams Captain America Inspired Bobblehead

-On August 13th, 2022, the New York Red Bulls hosted their first Marvel Super Hero™ Night. This innovative program featured:

– An exclusive Tyler Adams Captain America inspired bobblehead to the first 7,500 fans in attendance

– The program also featured Marvel Character Appearances and face painting pre-game on the Red Bulls BULLevard

– Upon egress, 10,000 fans received an exclusive poster featuring Red Bulls players and Marvel Super Heroes from the New York/New Jersey area (Daredevil- Hell’s Kitchen, Sam Wilson Captain America- Harlem, Ms. Marvel- Jersey City, Iron Man- Long Island)

Marvel Super Hero Night Attendance Stats

– The Marvel Super Hero™ activation drew 18,218 fans, resulting in a 13 percent increase in attendance over average.

– The event was the the 2nd highest attended Saturday match of the season at the time (1st 6/18 vs Toronto att. 19,142), and the 3rd highest attended match of season overall at the time.

– The match also provided an 11% increase for a Saturday at the time (avg. 16,389)

– In comparison to other Red Bulls giveaway games, the Tyler Adams Captain America Inspired bobblehead was the 2nd highest attended game with a giveaway at that point in the season (1st 7/17 vs NYCFC Scarf Giveaway, att. 25,219).
